Once again, it may not be your fault. You may be a victim!. Read this to see if you may suffer from neophilia. Wikipedia gives an interesting definition for this disorder. Wikipedia defines groups that seem more predisposed, “…groups…seem to share characteristic hacker tropisms for science fiction, music, and oriental food.” I found this quite amusing. Back in the day, if you just had to have the latest and greatest it was referred to as spoiled or pampered. So I got all those thrashings for begging for “that new thing” and it wasn’t even my fault. I’m depressed now (which I know is not my fault) – excuse me as I withdraw into my secluded little world for a while.
