Just as he voted for the war before he was against it, Kerry waffles again. He meant to make a joke, just not about the troops. Please tell me this man isn’t considering another White House bid?!?!?!?!?!

He may be considering another bid, but his party is not considering it. I think VP Cheney said, “Kerry voted for the joke before he voted against it.”
